| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ | |
| أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ (١)Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- | 94:1 |
| وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ (٢)And removed from thee thy burden | 94:2 |
| الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ (٣)The which did gall thy back?- | 94:3 |
| وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ (٤)And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? | 94:4 |
| فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا (٥)So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: | 94:5 |
| إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا (٦)Verily, with every difficulty there is relief. | 94:6 |
| فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ (٧)Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard, | 94:7 |
| وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ (٨)And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. | 94:8 |
